Directional Drill Crew Foreman

Job Description:

Lead and supervise drill crew (locator, laborers, etc.)
Read bore plans, maintain grade and alignment
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and utility locators
Manage daily jobsite safety and productivity
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met

Requirements:

3+ years HDD operator experience
CDL
Foreman/crew-lead experience preferred
Understanding of:
Utility locating and potholing
Bore profiles and tracking systems
Ground conditions and drilling fluids
Willingness to travel – Per diem and lodging provided
Reliable, safety-minded, and professional
